Just made this for myself and decided to share with you all if you want! I made it to match with my Girl Power V2 theme, which you can purchase: here for iPhone! and here for Android!
The dimensions are 415x695 (made for iPhone 6 plus to work with the paperboard tweak)
You may have to resize, I'm not sure.
